99T Aluminum Bellhousing Kits with 5.5 Ultra Clutch meet the requirements of racing series that do not allow magnesium bellhousings while providing the lowest weight and inertia of Tilton’s 6-leg 5.5 Ultra clutch.
The lightweight and rigid aluminum bellhousing provides maximum ground clearance and features an easy access side-bolt mounting system for the starter. Unlike other bellhousings on the market, the transmission no longer has to be removed in order to service the starter. The lightweight and 5.5 ULTRA clutch and small diameter 99-tooth cover-mount ring gear provides an ultra-low inertia and maximum reliability.
