Tilton Engineering also offers rebuild services for clutches, hydraulic release bearings and 77-Series master cylinders at our headquarters in Buellton, CA. All carbon clutches must be returned to Tilton headquarters for rebuild due to their specialized nature. Tilton does not offer rebuild service on Super Starters.

Rebuild costs will vary depending on the components that need to be replaced. You will receive a full evaluation, including costs, from Tilton prior to any work being done.

Please note that typical turnaround for rebuilds is 2-3 weeks from the date that the product is received at Tilton.

To send your product in for service, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us via email (or phone) to obtain a number. The RMA number is used to track your clutch rebuild within Tilton. Once we receive your RMA request, we will respond with the RMA number and instructions for sending your clutch to Tilton.
