Tilton Engineering is proud to introduce its third-generation hydraulic release bearings, complete with new names, new looks and the same quality and reliability for which Tilton is famous.

The new 3000-, 4000- and 8000-Series HRBs will replace the 300-, 400- and 800-Series HRBs (respectively) while maintaining the same mounting patterns for direct interchangeability.

The updated body design of the third-generation hydraulic release bearings reduces the overall weight compared to the previous generation, and ports have been standardized to allow for either AN-3 or JC37° fittings. Tilton’s new HRBs will be available in 10 piston lengths (.100″/2.54mm increments) for both 38mm and 44mm contact diameter bearing models, and 52mm and flat face models will also be available (3000-Series 44mm shown above). The installed .050″/1.27mm nylon shim can also be removed for additional clearance.

Detailed installation drawings are available for customers to check the fitment of the new HRBs, and installation instructions are included with each order.
