By submitting a video using Tilton’s form, the submitter agrees and acknowledges that they are 1) the original creator of the submitted video, and 2) giving Tilton Engineering the right to use the submitted video in whatever way Tilton desires.

Upon use (constituted by any display, distribution or hosting on Tilton’s website, newsletter or social media, or at a Tilton trade show booth) of a submitted video, Tilton agrees to send a certificate coupon worth $100 (capable of being put toward a purchase of Tilton products at qualifying Tilton dealers) to the physical address provided by the submitter. Tilton is not accountable for any errors in the submitted form. Tilton agrees not to use the submitter’s email or physical address for advertising purposes unless specifically requested. Limited to one (1) $100 certificate per person, email, and/or address. Certificate is valid for one year from date of issue.
